Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. Below are my terms of sale, to help insure that we have a smooth and mutually satisfactory transaction. It is important that you read “the small print”. If you have any questions, please contact me prior to making a purchase.

CLOTHING and ACCESSORIES Some of the items I sell are brand new with or without manufacturer tags, but many are pre-owned vintage items in very good to excellent condition, and are so noted. As with any used vintage clothing, there are sometimes signs of wear or laundering. I examine each item before I list it and describe any major flaws, including tears, holes, stains, discoloration, etc… and will generally scan a photo of the detail in instances where this is warranted. Please read the descriptions and look at the scans. All items are sold in their current condition, and are priced accordingly. There are no further discounts based on condition, nor are items returnable based on condition unless grossly misrepresented by me. In most cases fabric content and/or care instructions are part of the item. I am not responsible for the condition of any item once it has been laundered or cleaned, and cannot accept returns based on an unsatisfactory result.

COLOR Each item is photographed, or direct scanned with the intent to show colors as near the original as possible, but please be aware that there is usually some variation from the original color, and the colors you see on your monitor should not be used for matching other apparel, or relied on as an exact shade.

PAPER COLLECTIBLES All of these items are original, vintage pieces and not modern reproductions, unless otherwise noted. As above, I examine each item prior to offering it, and I explicitly note any significant defect. Notwithstanding these faults, old paper often shows fading, foxing, or discoloration as it ages. This should be expected along with possible light wear along edges and corners, especially with magazine ads, advertising brochures, trade cards, postcards, and letterheads. All items are sold “as is”, and are not returnable.

AVAILABILITY I am not a retail store, and generally do not maintain more than one of an item in stock. While this site is regularly updated, it is possible that on occasion an item you wish to purchase may have already been sold, but still appears in these listings. I apologize in the event that this happens, but I will make every effort to immediately contact you and promptly refund your payment (if made on-line) or return your check or money order if it arrives in the mail.

PRICING Most items are priced with the item description. Similar items may have different prices due to condition or material. Scarves and a few other items may not show pricing, but this is available upon contacting me. All items listed on this site are available for purchase.

SHIPPING & HANDLING Shipping & handling charges listed are for U.S. shipments only.  International shipping charges to be quoted separately upon request.  Please note all shipments to Florida are subject to 6% sales tax on the item(s) including shipping & handling.

PAYMENT Payment may be made using a credit card through PayPal on-line. If you prefer to mail payment using a check or money order, please e-mail me with the item numbers and I will forward an invoice with payment instructions.

ERRORS Although items are listed with care, errors may occasionally occur.  Descriptive or typographic errors are subject to correction.

DAMAGE In the event your purchase arrives damaged in shipping, please notify me immediately and retain all packaging material, as no claim can be made without this.
